Physician Assistant Kimberly Shriner
Physician Assistant Kimberly D. Shriner is a graduate from the University of Washington’s Northwest MEDEX Physician Assistant Program and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She brings with her over 14 years of medical experience in geriatric and perioperative services prior to becoming a Certified Physician Assistant in 2019. Kim specialties are in aesthetic medicine and obesity management. She enjoys helping her clients to look and feel better by enhancing their beauty and restoring their most youthful appearance. She believes in providing the highest quality of care to each patient that comes through her door. You can expect artistic vision, excellent listening skills, constant pursuit of knowledge, and self-development as she guides you to achieve natural results. With a meticulous approach and a friendly demeanor, she ensures that every treatment is tailored to your unique needs, leaving you not only looking, but also feeling, your absolute best.
Education is a priority for Kim; she regularly attends in-person and virtual trainings from the top national and international leaders in the aesthetic community. The aesthetic industry is constantly evolving, so it is important to Kim to always stay up to date on treatments, techniques, and safety. She specializes in Injectables including Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, Kybella, PRP, Cosmetic Dermal Fillers, as well as SculpSure Body Contouring, TempSure Envi Skin Tightening, BBL Laser Therapy, PicoSure Laser Skin Resurfacing for facial and body rejuvenation. Plus, the Vectus for Laser Hair Removal and PicoSure for Tattoo Removal. She is also trained in Microneedling, Skin Peels for the face and body, PDO Treads for non-surgical face lifts, and Microdermabrasion.

Hi, my name is Kimberly Shriner. What I love most about being an aesthetic PA-C is it allows me to help people feel more confident in their own skin. I am most passionate about educating my patients and providing them with the information they need to make the best decisions regarding their treatments. Outside of work, I enjoy spending my free time with my husband Justin, two daughters Shannon & Vanessa and our 3 dogs. My family and I have lived in Fairbanks Alaska since 2005. Like most Alaskans, some of our favorite activities include camping, boating, and fishing. The values I live by are family, honesty, compassion, and authenticity. Some of my current personal goals outside of work are to continue my PA education, learning to golf, and strengthening relationships with my family and friends.

Physician Assistant Rebecca
Physician Assistant Rebecca is a board-certified PA who graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2015. She has experience in emergency medicine and orthopedic surgery but has a passion for aesthetic medicine. She’s happy to be here and chat about all things skin care and skin resurfacing. Her goal is to help you feel confident while enhancing your natural beauty. She loves educating patients on all our products so together you can create the best treatment plans possible.
Rebecca moved here in July from Germany. Being a military family, it is hard to say exactly where she is from, but claims Alabama as home. Rebecca and her family are so excited to be here and explore all the outdoor activities that Alaska has to offer. Some of her hobbies include reading, hiking with her dog, stand up paddle boarding, traveling, and camping. Fun fact about Rebecca is that she is a certified Pure Barre instructor and love group fitness classes.

Medical Esthetician Kristyleigh
Kristyleigh attended an accredited institute, SouthEastern Esthetics Institute, in Columba South Carolina. She is a licensed esthetician in both the state of South Carolina and Alaska. Kristyleigh and her family have been in Alaska for the past eight years. In her downtime, she loves exploring the great outdoors, often accompanied by her Alaskan malamute. She is an avid traveler, always eager to discover new places and cultures. And when it comes to food, breakfast is her favorite meal of the day!
Kristyleigh is certified in Dermaplane, VI Peels, Chemical Peels, Tempsure and Laser, DiamondGlow, Radio-Frequency Skin Tightening, Eyelash Extension, Lash and Brown Lift, Lash and Brow Tint, Microchanneling, Waxing and Sugaring.
She is also certified as a Laser Safety Officer,VISIA, ZO Specialist, and ZO Skin Expert with a deep passion for skincare and the science behind cosmetic ingredients and formulations.

Cassandra | Administrative Assistant
Cassandra (Cassie) is our talented, remote Administrative Assistant helping Borealis MedSpa with our social media accounts, marketing, project management, and the general flow of the clinic! Cassie is a "military brat" with the luxury of growing up in Alaska since the age of 4. She has dedicated her professional career to the medical field, project management, and now marketing+media. In her spare time Cassie enjoys being outdoors hunting, fishing, and camping. On the days she cannot get outdoors she finds her way to a dance floor where she can country swing and line dance!
Cassie is both ZO Specialist Certified and Zo Expert Certified.
Haylie | Technician
Haylie is our wonderful Technician here at Borealis MedSpa! Haylie has nearly two years of experience here at the med spa and a passion for helping clients feel confident, comfortable, and glowing! Born and raised in Alaska, Haylie loves balancing life between self-care and adventure — especially traveling whenever she can.
When she’s not at the spa, you’ll likely find her spending time with friends and family. She also runs her own cupcake business she is really proud of, combining creativity with her love for making people smile. Haylie believes self-care should be fun, empowering, and personalized, and she loves creating a welcoming experience where clients feel their absolute best.

Adriana | Front Desk Receptionist and Technician
Adriana is one of our very skilled Front Desk Receptionists and Technicians at Borealis MedSpa. Born and raised in Fairbanks, she brings extensive experience in management and customer service, with a passion for creating personalized, positive experiences for our community. Adriana enjoys connecting with clients, learning their stories, and brightening their day with a warm smile. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and two adored kittens, as well as exploring new countries—a shared passion with her husband.

Haylee | Front Desk Receptionist and Technician
Haylee is our other skilled Front Desk Receptionist and Technician at Borealis MedSpa, known for her expertise and commitment to her role. Outside of work, she pursues her passion for creative and SFX makeup artistry, making Halloween a year-round experience. Haylee also loves traveling and discovering new places. She is dedicated to continually advancing her knowledge and skills in the aesthetics field.
